Complimentary consultation (30 minutes)
This is where I learn about you and your business and get a general idea of what you’d like to accomplish. Whether or not this is your first time working with a graphic designer, I’m here to answer any questions you might have about the process.
Kick-off meeting
In this meeting we’ll hone in on the specific materials required to meet your business goals. We’ll nail down the scope, timeline, and exact pricing for the project, and clearly define what’s needed to move forward. Once all the details are ironed out, I’ll send over a contract and invoice for an initial deposit, and then we're ready to begin work.
Design presentation
Depending on the project, I’ll present concepts or drafts of my work and share some insight about the process and strategic thinking behind my decisions.
Feedback and revisions, if necessary
You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and ask any questions. This is an open dialogue intended to ensure you get the best results for your business needs. Don’t worry if you don’t have the exact design vocabulary to express your thoughts – part of my expertise involves translating vague feelings and ideas into tailored, concrete solutions.
Project hand-off
I will send final, highly polished versions of the deliverables in a clean, organized, and ready-to-use format. The remainder of the cost after the deposit will be invoiced upon project completion.
Ongoing support
My relationship with clients doesn't end at handoff — I'm available for ongoing support as your business grows. I love to hear how business is going, so please don’t hesitate to send me your news and updates!
